AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING AND PROVIDING FOR THE TOWING OF VEHICLES FROM TOWN ROADS
The Town Board adopted Ordinance No. 2020-001 to impose parking restrictions that among other things, prohibits parking in violation of state law, that obstructs a town road, interferes with maintaining a town road, and places parking restrictions during the snow season. The ordinance also prohibits placing objects in town roads and prohibits leaving an abandoned vehicle or junk vehicle on a town road or town property. A copy of the full ordinance is in the Staples Public Library and is available by contacting the Town Clerk.
